      Zyain Relaunch   06/03/2016

Dear Zyainists! Zyain server will be have a clean relaunch in the next few weeks, please keep checking back to our forums, facebook and twitter for news and updates!
In the meanwhile we have added silks to every user to enjoy the server and have fun. Greetings,

First of all, good job for cleaning up the forum by deleting threads that are deemed useless or out-dated. We want to make the forum as effective as possible, and a great way to achieve this is by adding FAQs for each section. FAQs or Frequently Asked Questions will serve as guidelines for users and give efficient moderation for staffs. That's right, some staffs have limited time here and we want to make their job easier.

What is FAQ?

FAQ or Frequently Asked Questions is a list of questions and answers relating to a particular subject, especially one giving basic information for users of a website (source: Google). FAQ will be a separate thread, pinned, and the first thread in each section.

Why is FAQ needed?

You notice that some (or most) of the suggestions are ignored/denied since they are hard to implement or resources are lacking. Also, some people in report section create separate threads instead of using the established threads appropriate to their reports. We don't want to keep reminding players on what, how, or where to post.

FAQ Examples:

Since Suggestions/Feedback and Report sections are very popular, they need FAQ the most. FAQ can be added to other section in the future or whether there's a need to do so.
